Airport charges data is compiled from primary tariff documents published by airports and air navigation service providers, with original source documentation retained and accessible to customers, including historic tariffs for invoice verification and dispute resolution. Aircraft fleet data distributed through LOOP is verified against current ICAO Annex 16 noise certificates before it reaches airport AODB and billing systems. CO2 emissions are modelled at airframe level from aircraft and engine characteristics and actual routing, rather than derived from average per-kilometre emissions factors.
